Whisker Seeker Tackle is a leading fishing tackle manufacturer in search of a Customer Service Operations Specialist to lead our team. Your duties will be to provide exceptional customer care and resolution support within the standards and procedures of the This role partners and collaborates with other team members within our organization to deliver a unique brand experience and highly personalized service through phone calls, emails, live chat & social media engagement.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound customer service calls to support global eCommerce business
  • Manage social media postings and customer communications
  • Provide articulate, professional and informed assistance to answer questions about online orders, products and general matters concerning website usage
  • Assist customers with online orders
  • Review and effectively respond to incoming customer emails promptly
  • Engage customers through Live Chat communication by providing informed product knowledge and recommendations
  • Manage product and service issues by investigating the appropriate resolution and following up with customers to ensure proper, complete and efficient resolution
  • Document, organize and process customer exchange and returns paperwork
  • Partner daily with the shipping team to ensure eCommerce order fulfillment remains efficient
  • Assist with customer shipping
  • Stay well-informed and assist with online marketing emails and promotional activities
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Skills:

  • High school diploma required. associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years of relevant customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills including intermediate/advanced MS Word and Excel
  • Proficient in all social media outlets including Facebook, Instagram and twitter
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Advanced communication skills (verbal, written, electronic) and superior phone skills
  • Multi-tasking ability and able to function under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment


Office Environment Details:

  • This role will be in a newly erected warehouse/office building in Grimes, IA of the 141 & I-80 interchange
  • Casual dress code with flexible M-F work hours


Compensation Details:

  • Starting Salary $31,200- $35,360
  • Profit Sharing
  • Ten days of PTO per the calendar year
  • Six Paid Holidays off
