You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
Net and Rod Returns
Due to the package size of nets & rod tubes all returns/exchanges will incur an additional shipping charge. Rods will have a $16.95 charge for returns/exchanges, while nets will have a $24.95 charge. Return shipping charge will be deducted from refund.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship same day when placed before 2pm CST. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.
Backorders
Whisker Seeker Tackle strives to fill every order to its entirety. Any item(s) not available when you order is processed will automatically be cancelled and you will be notified by email. You will not be billed for any cancelled item(s). If you wish to still receive these items, you must reorder. Visit whiskerseeker.com to check current availability or to reorder the item(s).
Do you ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We do ship to Post Offices Boxes with Ground Shipping. Expedited shipping options require a physical address for delivery. Sorry, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, we ship to residents of Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments to these states require expedited shipping.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories?
No, unfortunately we currently do not ship outside of the 50 U.S. States.
Do you ship internationally?
Whisker Seeker Tackle currently only ships online orders to locations inside the United States.
